We are human first. We want to know some personal things about each other, about our leaders.
In medium sized to huge companies, there’s no way the leaders going to be able to have face-to-face with everybody, especially if you’re global. Tools like Yammer give leaders a way to amplify their message and listen to what your employees have to say so that they know that they’ve been heard, it goes a long way toward employee engagement.
Employees want to do more, they want to see more, they want to share more.
And they want the leadership to share more as well.

Iterate and try again
It’s not the field of dreams, “turn it on and they will come.” No. It’s work.
When you recognize the work and do the work, the benefits are far more than they’ve ever been. You’re giving people empowerment. You’re giving them tools to work better, to work more collaboratively, to work with people in different geographies and in different jobs. And to work with people you didn’t even know you’d ever work with.
See how our teams can use this and how our employees will benefit from it.
