- Millennials aren’t always lazy, they’re underutilized. If they lean into their high tech knowledge to get things done faster, so when they get done, they’re on their phones.

- Tap into their passions and strengths and engage them in innovative projects

- Acknowledge that people need a little break; let them take the break, then get back to work

- Instead of thinking “the younger generation needs to change, not me,” consider that the younger generation are a leading indicator of the changes that are happening now in society
